For Zach, becoming a builder was a natural progression from years spent working hands-on in the construction industry.
After building a business around custom cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry, he wanted the ability to influence more than just one part of a home. AppleJax Construction was created to bring that same craftsman's mindset to the entire building process - from the first design conversations through the final details.
Zach remains personally involved throughout each project, working directly with homeowners, designers, architects, vendors, and trades to make sure the original vision carries through to the finished home. That involvement also allows AppleJax to approach the building process differently. Rather than simply building what is shown on a set of plans, we look for opportunities to improvethe design, solve problems before they reach the field, and create details that make the home feel
intentional.
We take pride in building homes that don't feel mass-produced. Every project is an opportunity to create something distinctive for the people who will live there.

A custom home doesn't have to take a year to build. Through careful planning, established trade relationships, and hands-on project management, AppleJax typically completes construction in approximately 4-6 months once construction begins, without sacrificing the craftsmanship and custom details that define our homes.
